Not satisfied? Please let us know. We do everything we can to serve you as well as possible. If, despite our efforts, there is any reason that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know.

 

How do you make a complaint

Please describe your complaint as clearly as possible and send it to klachten@afterpay.nl

After sending you confirmation of receipt of your email, we will immediately look into resolving your complaint within 2 weeks. If your complaint is rejected, we will let you know why, so you always know exactly what to expect from us.

 

Still not satisfied?

Are you dissatisfied with the outcome? Then please send us a letter describing your complaint and a copy of the previous email. Address your letter to:

We will handle your complaint within two weeks. AfterPay might contact you by phone to discuss the complaint. You will always receive a written response. Even if AfterPay rejects your complaint, you will receive a written explanation of the reason why.
